I've started to setup a wiki space for my SL business. So far it's been a lot of work determining how to list my products and how the site should be structured. I had some time to get to understand the interface to edit pages as well. I have used wiki's in the past, but not as extensively. The nice thing about it is that each page has its own discussion page. That should help a bit with support I guess. I'm looking into possibly setting up some forums as well.
